About us
This website is operated by The Traditional Jewelry. In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" refer to The Traditional Jewelry, and "you" refers to anyone who visits the site or buys from us.

Our pieces
Every piece is made in limited quantities and finished by hand, so small variations in stone colour, size and finish are part of its character and are not defects.
We photograph our pieces as accurately as we can. Colours may look slightly different depending on your screen and lighting.
All products are subject to availability. We may limit quantities or discontinue a piece at any time.

Prices and payment
All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless stated otherwise.
We may change prices at any time. The price shown when you place your order is the price you pay.
We accept the payment methods shown at checkout, including cash on delivery within Pakistan.
If a price or product detail is listed incorrectly, we may cancel the order and let you know. If you have already paid, we will refund you in full.

Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. Your order is confirmed once we accept it and confirm by email, SMS or WhatsApp.
We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a piece is out of stock, if we cannot reach you to confirm a cash on delivery order, or if we suspect fraud.
Please make sure your name, address and phone number are correct. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect details.

Shipping, exchanges and refunds
Delivery, exchanges and refunds are covered by our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy, which form part of these terms.

Caring for your jewelry
Keep your pieces away from water, perfume and chemicals, and store them in a dry pouch when not worn. Damage caused by wear, misuse or improper care is not covered by our exchange policy.

Your account
If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details safe and for all activity on your account.

Content and intellectual property
All photos, designs, text, logos and other content on this site belong to The Traditional Jewelry. You may not copy, reuse or sell them without our written permission.

Use of the site
You agree not to use this site for anything unlawful, to interfere with how it works, or to submit false information.
Links to other websites are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for their content.

Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site or our products. Our total liability for any order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order.
